SMS policy
- User-initiated only — Stewart sends SMS messages only in response to your texts or as part of approved workflows.
- No marketing — Stewart will never send promotional messages, advertisements, or unsolicited outreach.
- STOP support — Reply STOP at any time to halt all SMS messages immediately.
- HELP support — Reply HELP for information about the service and how to manage your messaging preferences.
- One-to-one — All messages are between you and your Stewart instance. No group messaging, no broadcasting.
Voice policy
- Inbound only — Stewart answers calls you initiate. Stewart does not make outbound calls.
- No third-party calls — Stewart will not call other people on your behalf.
- Transcription disclosure — Calls are transcribed for operational purposes. Transcriptions are used only to maintain context and generate action items.
Data handling
SMS messages and voice transcriptions are processed according to our Privacy Policy. Message content is used only for service delivery and is not shared with third parties.
