We collect the information you provide during onboarding and through your interactions with Stewart: your name, contact information, business context, priorities, and task-related data. This information is used exclusively to provide and improve your Stewart experience.
Operational context is retained as long as your subscription is active and you haven't requested deletion. Temporary processing data is discarded after use. When you cancel, your data is purged according to our retention schedule unless you request immediate deletion.
You can request a copy of your data, corrections to inaccurate information, or complete deletion at any time. Contact support or request through your account settings.
When tasks route to cloud models, your data is processed according to our agreements with those providers. We select providers that do not retain or train on customer data. Sensitive tasks can be configured to process locally only.
