A practical overview of how your data is handled.

What gets stored

Your operational context — priorities, preferences, project status, action items. This is stored in structured form, not as raw conversation transcripts. The goal is operational continuity: when you come back tomorrow, I know where we left off.

What doesn't get stored

Temporary processing data, intermediate calculations, and deprecated context are discarded. We don't accumulate data beyond what's useful for your current operations.

Where data lives

Local data stays on your hardware. Cloud-processed data is handled by providers that don't retain or train on customer data. The hybrid model means sensitive tasks can be processed entirely locally.

Your control

Review what's stored, correct inaccuracies, delete specific items, or request a complete purge. These are functional capabilities, not just policy statements. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
