FAQ
The common questions people ask before they decide to bring Stewart into their business.
General
What is Stewart?
Stewart is your AI executive. You talk by chat, text, or voice like you would with a real person. Stewart turns conversations into deliverables: plans, drafts, frameworks, summaries, reporting formats, and next steps. The goal is simple: more work product in less time, with less drag.
Who is Stewart for?
Stewart is built for SMB owners and operators — the person at the top of the chart where everything eventually funnels. If you're busy, capable, and you feel like you're the bottleneck, Stewart is built for you. If you're new to AI and you don't know where to start, the AI-Guided Journey is the fastest on-ramp.
Do I need to be an AI expert?
No. You don't need jargon or prompt tricks. Stewart is designed to work with normal language. You explain what you want, Stewart asks a few smart questions, then Stewart builds the output.
What makes Stewart different from a generic chatbot?
Stewart is built around structured outputs and operator workflows. Instead of "answers," Stewart produces deliverables you can use immediately — and improves them over time based on your standards and preferences.
How it works
How do I interact with Stewart?
You can use Stewart through the dashboard (chat), via text (SMS), or by voice (calling). Many users like voice because it turns driving time into progress — Stewart builds while you talk.
What do I get after a call or chat?
Typically: a clean summary, a plan with next steps, drafts you can send, and a suggested "best version." Stewart should offer improved versions of reports and deliverables — better format, added stats, clearer meaning — so you don't have to ask for upgrades every time.
Can Stewart be proactive?
Yes — in a respectful "by the way" style after we finish what you asked for. Stewart can propose 2–3 optional improvement projects per week and take them to a representative example or full plan. You stay in control. Stewart doesn't bulldoze your day.
What if I'm not sure what to ask?
That's common. Start with the AI-Guided Journey. Stewart will guide the questions and build quick wins first, then expand into deeper operational leverage as you get comfortable.
