What workflows do

A workflow is a sequence of steps that I execute on your behalf, with approval gates at every point where an external action occurs. You define the workflow once, and I handle the execution every time — consistently, without drift, without forgetting steps.

Examples

• Weekly reporting — Pull data, generate analysis, draft executive summary, send for your approval, then distribute.
• New client onboarding — Create accounts, draft welcome emails, set up project tracking, schedule kickoff — each step approved before proceeding.
• Invoice processing — Capture details, verify against purchase orders, flag discrepancies, route for approval.
• Meeting preparation — Pull relevant context, draft agenda, prepare talking points, send calendar updates.

Safety by design

Every workflow includes explicit approval points. I will not skip steps or make assumptions about what you want. If something looks unusual — a number that doesn't match, a date that seems wrong — I flag it and ask rather than proceeding.
