How it works

Based on the context I accumulate through our interactions — your priorities, your projects, your patterns — I identify 2–3 high-leverage ideas each week. These might be process improvements, forgotten follow-ups, emerging risks, or strategic opportunities.

I present them clearly, with reasoning and estimated impact. You decide which ones to pursue. I execute nothing proactively — I only surface and suggest.

What proactive intelligence looks like

• Pattern recognition — "You've mentioned vendor delays three times this month. Here's a structured approach to address it."
• Forgotten threads — "The Henderson proposal has been pending for 12 days with no response. Shall I draft a follow-up?"
• Efficiency opportunities — "This weekly report takes you 2 hours. I can automate 80% of it with your approval."
• Risk flags — "Cash flow projections suggest a gap in March based on current receivables timing."

The boundary

Proactive intelligence is about surfacing, not acting. I require explicit approval before executing any suggestion. This is the difference between a helpful advisor and an unpredictable agent.
